1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website (besttimetravelandtours.com) or booking any service (flights, hotels, tours, packages, transfers, cruises, or using our agency services), you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Role — OTA / Agency / Tour Operator

Best Time Travel & Tours operates as:

  • An online travel booking platform (OTA) using third-party booking engines and suppliers,
  • A full-service travel agency & host agency, facilitating manual bookings via agents,
  • A travel package provider organizing tours, transfers, activities, and travel packages.

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transport providers). We do not own or operate any underlying travel services unless clearly specified.

3. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Prices displayed are not guaranteed until full payment or deposit is received and a booking confirmation or voucher is issued by the third-party supplier.
  • You must immediately review all booking details (names, dates, travel documents) for accuracy. Any errors or omissions must be reported to us immediately — failure to do so may result in denial of services or additional charges.

4. Payment, Fees & Commission
  • Payment method depends on supplier or booking channel (online engine or agency).
  • Deposits or pre-payments may be required. If payment is not received by the due date, bookings may be canceled.
  • Service fees (if any) charged by us are non-refundable once services are rendered.
  • Any taxes, surcharges, or additional fees imposed by suppliers (fuel, port fees, local taxes, currency surcharges) are the customer’s responsibility, even after booking confirmation.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
  • Changes or cancellations must be requested in writing (email or submitted form) and are subject to supplier policies.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed — they depend on the supplier’s rules. We are not liable for supplier cancellations, delays, or modifications.
  • No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to comply with conditions (passport, visa, check-in times) may void the booking or incur full charges.

6. Travel Documents, Passport & Visa Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, health requirements) for your destination. We are not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any additional costs due to invalid or missing documents.

7. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Because travel involves risks (flight delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, supplier failure, natural disasters, etc.), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We are not responsible for events or losses covered (or not covered) by insurance — it is your responsibility to verify and obtain coverage.

8. Suppliers’ Terms & Third-Party Liability

All services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of those suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies). We act only as intermediary/agent and are not liable for supplier failures, errors, or omissions.

9. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Travel involves inherent risks (weather, strikes, political events, delays, natural disaster, supplier insolvency, etc.). By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and accept them. We limit our liability to the service fees you paid; we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Payment Authorization & Fraud Protection

When you make a booking, you authorize the use of your payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we suspect fraudulent activity or unverified identity.

11. Pricing Errors, Typographical Errors & Changes

We reserve the right to correct any errors (typos, incorrect rates, currency mistakes) in quoted prices or availability. If an error is detected, we may cancel or adjust the booking and refund any payments.

12. Intellectual Property & Website Use

The content, design, logos, images, and software on this website are protected under intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal travel booking only. Commercial copying, distribution, or resale of content is prohibited without written consent.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (or the jurisdiction where the agency is registered). Any disputes will be resolved under applicable law, and users agree to the jurisdiction of relevant courts or arbitration as provided herein.
